On 12^th May 1998 the district court of Hamburg has decided (decision No. 312 O 85/98 - "Liability for links"), that generating web-links also creates an appropriate responsibility for the persons who published these web-links. That could - so the court - only be prevent, if you have distanced you from the extern contents explicitly. Following this, we explicitly distanced us from all contents, all the linked web pages and we do not adopt any extern contents.
