The Konstanz University protects your data through technical and organisational measures against unauthorized access, loss or destruction. Our safety measures are improved continuously according to technological development. So e.g. the data transmission happens always encrypted (https://). The falsification of data by unauthorized persons is nearly impossible, with respect to the taken measures.

To minimise the remaining risk we ask you in your own interest to actively work against the abuse of your login password and an unwanted access to your data. Therefore, please note our "Safety instructions" and the "Technical help".
